How to get a list of users that join in the campaign?

You can get a list of users that join the campaign by following the steps below:

Method 1:

1. On the top menu bar, select the "Dashboard" button to go to the campaign dashboard.

2. Find the campaign for which you want to check the analytics and select the "Settings" button in the top right corner.

You cannot view the analytics of campaigns with "Draft" status.

3. A control menu will be shown; select the "Analytics" item to view the analytics of the campaign.

4. In the Analytics page, select the "Campaign Users" item and then the "Export User Details" item on the left menu.

5. In the "Export User Details" page, select the "Export CSV" button to export all users to a CSV file.

Method 2:

1. On the top menu bar, select the "Dashboard" button to go to the campaign dashboard.

2. Find the campaign for which you want to check the result and select the "Settings" button in the top right corner.

You can only view the result of campaigns with "LIVE" or "FINISHED" status.

3. A control menu will be shown; select the "Results" item to view the result of that campaign.

4. In the "Result" page, select the "Export CSV" button to export the users displayed in the table to a CSV file.

This feature will export the users displayed in the table, not all users.

You can display a maximum of 100 users only.
